I have a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting, relationships, life transitions, and other life hurdles.
Services include: individual therapy for children, teens and adults, and couples therapy.
Modalities:
I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and person-centered therapy; tailoring methods to suit the unique needs of each client with a strong focus on collaboration, to foster emotional healing and growth.
Credentials:
I graduated with my BA in Psychology from York University. I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2022, after earning my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I’ve completed the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training, with the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute I completed trainings on anxiety, attachment, BPD, depression, mindfulness, grief, and harm reduction. Additionally, I also have five years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum and their families. Driven by a deep understanding of neurodiversity, I combine my expertise in behavioral therapy with a compassionate approach.

I am passionate about working with individuals aged 16 and up who have experienced complex trauma.
I am deeply committed to helping individuals heal from trauma and reclaim their sense of safety, strength, and self-worth while guiding them through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. I am also passionate about working with mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation, substance use, ADHD, and OCD.
Services include: individual therapy for teens and adults; approved NIHB provider.

Credentials:
I graduated from the University of Guelph with a BA in Psychology before taking a graduate certificate course in Victimology through Algonquin College. With 8 years of experience in the social work field, I have worked with women and children experiencing domestic violence, victims of crime, individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and those involved in the criminal justice system. I made the decision to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and graduated in 2023 with honors.
A Little Bit About Me:
I am an animal lover, and my little family consists of a Samoyed named Suki and an orange cat named Simba (who are also best friends). In my spare time, I am a fitness and spin instructor and teach at a studio in my hometown. I am a natural homebody, true crime fan, and I enjoy reading a good book to recharge or spending quality time with my partner.
